Entrenamiento hoy Palmar - Los Cristianos 4km con el mar perfecta. Ryszard Majewski, Pisi, Eric y Miquel con un buen ritmo. Aqua todavia fresquito, pero todo nadamos sin traje.
Open water training Palmar - Los Cristianos and back, 4km. Sea was perfect, loke a swimming pool. Ryszard Majewski, Pisi, Eric and Miquel. Good pace and though the water was still chillish we managed to swim without wetsuits.
