Entrenamiento en alta mar - Training today in rough seas

Palmar - Los Cristianos 3.4km. De verdad me admiro la gente que participaron hoy. Mar revuelto. Fuerte ciorriente, viento y bastante holas malas. Pasamos bien y terminamos todo sin problemas. Gracias a Diana, David, Poli, Marcos y Yo con la bolla.

Palmar - Los Cristianos 3.4km in rough seas, strong winds, water tempreture 19ºC and lots of currents. We were doubting to enter the water as it was rough, but we were all eager to conquer this route. 4 men, Ryszard Majewski, Poli, David, Marco and 1 woman Diana. Due to bad weather conditions we all stayed together in a group. Finished all well without any problems. Another day in the office.
